Antony is a specialist in all aspects of investment fund and private equity fund law in addition to having extensive experience in corporate and commercial law advising on a broad range of financing and banking transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisition, equity, debt financing, regulatory services as well as general corporate matters.

Professional Background

Antony joined the firm as a partner in 2010 and has over twelve years experience in the British Virgin Islands having previously worked with Maples and Calder and before that Smith-Hughes Raworth & Mckenzie. Antony is recommended in the 2010 edition of the PLC Investment Funds Yearbook. Prior to his career as a lawyer Antony was a pilot in the Royal Air Force.
